A: All product bodies and battery packs have a 10 year warranty. And fans, WIFI modules and other consumable accessories have one year warranty. After the warranty period, BLUETTI still provides paid maintenance.
Q2: What if there is a quality problem during the warranty period?
A: During the Warranty Period, we will send someone to repair the defective part provided that BLUETTI is properly notified of the product defect as well as your address and contact number via BLUETTI’s APP.
Q3: Do you have product liability insurance?
A: Yes, we have third party product liability insurance worldwide, which covers up to 4.000.000€.
Q4: Do I need regular maintenance after installation?
A. : Yes, regular maintenance insures that your system is operating properly and safely. It’s a good idea to have it inspected and serviced a year. Usually 300€ per visit.
Q5: Are your products dangerous? Will it cause fire?
A.: The EP600 is safe and reliable. Please note that keep it away from heat sources(heaters, fire, etc), direct sunlight, severe impacts or punctures, and chemicals. the which may cause dangerous accidents. The manufacturer warranty will cover repairs and replacements due to factory errors, but not damage outside of that.
Q6: How much power can EP600 provide for your home?
A: It can provide three-phase 400V,6kW three-phase power and 230V,2kW sigle phase power, which can meet the household electricity needs.
Q7: How Long is the cycle life of the battery?
A: As for handling capacity, we guarantee a minimum of 15,48MWh per battery pack.

A: Less than 50dB.
Q9: How do I recharge my EP600?
A:The max input power is 6000W. And there are 2 methods to recharge:
1. Charge by solar panels
2. Charge by wall outlet
Q10: Can EP600 be charged by both wall outlets and solar panels simultaneously?
A:Yes, the maximum charging power is 6kW. And the system gives priority to solar charging.
Q11: I already have a PV system and inverter at home, can I install the EP600?
A:Yes, you can. Please tell me the power and voltage of your existing PV system, as well as the power and voltage of the inverter, and we will provide you with a suitable solution.
Q12: Can I use the power generated by solar panels preferentially?
A:Yes, we have a built-in intelligent energy management system. You can set the charging and discharging time and SOC value to maximize the solar power and reduce the electricity bills.
Q13: How many PV cables are there in EP600? How many PV panels can be connected with these cables?
A:There are 2 MPPT. the specific number of PV panels should be calculated according to the power. In general, the total open circuit voltage of each circuit should not exceed 550V, and the maximum operating current should not exceed 12,5A.
Q14: Can the EP600 be charged BY a single-phase 230V fuel generator?
A:No, it can’t. The EP600 can be charged by three-phase AC and PV.

A: It depends. Please provide us with your electricity household consumption for the past three months and the main use of EP600 and we will send you a solution via email.

A: Yes, the EP600 needs to be grounded. Proper grounding is essential to electrical safety.
Q31: Can EP600 charge an electric car?

Q38: Can I apply for a bank mortgage payment?
A: Yes, please consult the bank advisor to get a loan from the bank and make the payment.
Q39: Can BLUETTI help me to get a bank mortgage?
A: No, as for customers in Germany or Spain, we can introduce you to a local bank, but we do not get involved in the loan process. Please communicate directly with the bank and submit the documents to get the loan. For other countries, please find your own local bank.
Q40: What If I can’t get approved for a bank mortgtage?
A: Then you will have to pay the full cost of purchasing by yourself. Or you can cancel the order and we will refund the full deposit. It can save up to 2000€ when you book in advance.
Q41: When should I pay the remaining balance after paying the deposit?
A: We reserve your right for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, you will forfeit this opportunity by default and the deposit will be refunded.
Q42: I have already paid a deposit, can I request a refund?
A: Yes, we will process the refund for you as soon as possible and your deposit will be refunded to the payment account within a month. This is a great product. Please think about it!
Q43: How long can I apply for a bank mortgage?
A: It depends on the result of the bank’s examination and is related to your bank credit history and existing loan stock. Many European countries now support the installation of PV energy storage systems for their nationals, so it will be easier for you to get the relevant bank support.
Q44: Can I pay in cash or make a bank transfer?
A: We are sorry that cash payments are not supported, but bank transfer is available.
Q45: Can I pay with multiple bank cards together? What payment methods are supported?

Q46: If I request a refund after the payment, will a fee be deducted?
A: Yes, the cost of No Reason Returns shipping will be deducted from your refund. The refund fee depends on the payment platform and method.
Q47: When does the installation and delivery start counting from?
A: After the order is completed, a BLUETTI representative will contact you by phone to confirm the installation environment and conditions for the EP600. During the call, our representative will confirm the appointment time with you (usually within a week). The agreed-upon appointment time will be the starting point, and BLUETTI promises to complete the installation and commissioning of the energy storage device within 10 working days. Compensation will be provided to consumers in case of any delay beyond this period.
Q48: How is the delay calculated if the agreed installation date is postponed due to reasons on the customer’s end?
A: If the customer is unable to be present on the agreed installation date due to reasons such as long-distance travel, unexpected circumstances, or force majeure (such as natural disasters), the customer can reschedule a new installation time.
The compensation measures for delayed delivery mentioned above will no longer be valid in this case.
Q49: What is considered the completion of the BLUETTI EP600 installation?
A: The installation of the BLUETTI EP600 includes the following steps and standards:
System assembly and installation: The EP600 system consists of multiple modular components. After assembly, these components need to be installed in the appropriate positions and connected to the grid and other devices such as solar panels.
Electrical installation and connection: The installer performs electrical connections at appropriate positions to ensure that the system can operate normally. These connections must comply with national and local electrical regulations and be tested and verified.
Program setting and calibration: The installer sets the program for the energy storage system and calibrates the system to ensure that it can operate according to the design specifications. These program settings and calibrations may need to be adjusted and updated after installation.
