In the event that you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival (DOA), we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement.
To initiate a refund or replacement for a DOA product,please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the item. We will require proof of damage,such as photos or a video, to process your request.
